Why worry about bones when you want to cook up a chicken dish?  The deep tasty meat of these thighs makes them ideal for a range of meals such as curry, risotto, stews or even cold in sandwiches and salads. Add your own flavours to grilled thighs, or use the meat as a basis for a main meal or snack. A suggestion could be sticky orange chicken with root vegetables and nuts. Just pop some thighs, parsnips and carrots in a roasting tin with a maple syrup glaze to make a great one-pot meal. Add some chopped pecans to finish the dish.
