Ribs are ribs, aren’t they? Well, not exactly because there are some big differences between pork and beef ribs and not just because they come from different animals. These delicious garlic pork versions make tender, fall-off-the-bone meat and are great served as part of a BBQ or with salad and baked potatoes for a tasty family meal. Ribs either come from the loin, or spare ribs come from the ‘belly’ which is the bottom half of the ribs. They are easy to pick up and eat without the need for a knife and fork - and delicious cooked in this fragrant butter.
