Just like the flavoured versions, these plain ribs are easy to cook and very versatile as you can choose whatever seasoning you want to go with them, or just serve plain if preferred. They bake at a low temperature – around 140C and you can leave them in your oven while you get on with other things. Come back after an hour or so and cover the ribs loosely with foil to keep the top of the ribs from getting too dried out while they cook. Put the covered ribs back in the oven for another hour to an hour and a half (so 2-2.5 hours total cooking time).
