Chicken Legs


One of the most versatile of the chicken pieces, these legs are economical and also highly versatile. They can be baked or fried and served on their own – great with some oven chips and peas for a quick family meal – or add some onions, leeks, carrots,  tinned tomatoes, stock and seasoning to make a simple casserole. Add some red wine and bacon for some a bit more special and serve with mashed potato for a great comfort meal.
