Place these chicken legs straight into a roasting tray ready for cooking in a hot oven for around 15 minutes. Baste with any juices that run free and remove from the oven and let rest for around five minutes before serving with some lemon wedges, flavoured rice and a good handful of fresh watercress or rocket to complete the dish. Alternatively, cook the meat, shred off the bone and add to some guacamole, sour cream and salad to make the ingredients for a spicy wrap.
