Free DPD and APC Tracked Delivery on all orders over £50 or £7.98 Delivery Charge for orders under £50. We currently use APC for all BN (Brighton) and TN21 postcodes. All other orders are shipped with DPD.

You can track your parcel using the following link. Alternatively, you can contact your local depot. If you have any special instructions e.g. leave your parcel with a neighbour you will need to notify APC immediately. Please follow the link for APC contact information.
Our standard delivery time is 3 working days from the point you order online. This allows our purchasing and production team the correct amount of time to prepare your order. Order by midnight on a Tuesday to receive your delivery in the same week otherwise you will not receive your delivery until the following week. A bank holiday Monday will be allocated Wednesday. APC do not collect from our depot on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday or a Bank Holiday.
When you have completed your order online you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order. Once we have completed your order and it is ready to be dispatched you will receive a notification email from our team. We will then submit your delivery information to our courier company. Once you have placed your order we are unable to cancel this or issue a refund. When they are in receipt of your delivery information, they will send you a notification via email/text to advise you of your delivery date and your parcel tracking number. APC collect from our premises daily so that we can guarantee once your order has left our production facility it will be delivered to your door the following day. All our meat is packed on ice and lab tested to withhold up to 72 hours in transit.
Where We Deliver
Currently we deliver to England, Scotland and Wales. We do not deliver to Scottish Islands, Jersey and Guernsey.
IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE SOMEONE WILL BE AVAILABLE TO TAKE DELIVERY OF YOUR PARCEL OR TO CONTACT APC TO REARRANGE DELIVERY IN THE EVENT YOU ARE GOING TO BE UNAVAILABLE AT THE ANTICIPATED TIME OF DELIVERY OR IF DELIVERY IS NOT SUCCESSFUL AT FIRST ATTEMPT.
On the morning on the day of your delivery you will receive a notification via e-mail/text providing you with a 2 hour window for when your parcel will be delivered. This is a guide time.
If you are not available at the time of delivery the driver will attempt to leave your parcel in a safe place. This is down to the driver’s discretion.
