When frying these lamb steaks it pays to bring them to room temperature before cooking (this helps the meat cook more evenly). The fact these are already seasoned and flavoured means there is little to do other than preheat your frying pan on medium-high for 2 minutes and add your chosen oil/cooking spray (a few squirts or 1 teaspoon of oil per lamb steak is plenty). Place your lamb steaks in the pan, making sure not to overcrowd it, and cook for 3-4 minutes before turning and cooking for a further 3-4 minutes, or until done to your own preference.
