The Chinese spices on these chicken legs turn them into something deliciously oriental and ideal for any occasion. They can be served hot or cold and retain their flavour throughout all of the meat, to the bone. It is difficult to know how something so simple can taste so good but try these for a mid-week supper or as the centrepiece of a Chinese meal at home. Taking about 30 minutes to cook in the oven, they are simple to prepare and need no other ingredients.
