Slow-cooked garlic butter pork belly can be a real showstopper, whether cooked on the barbecue outside or in an oven. These slices can be partially cooked in advance to speed up the final cooking process. Serve as part of the main meal with roast potatoes and veg, or with buttered new potatoes and a tomato and mint salad with toasted pine nuts for a dinner party.
