Gnocchi means ''lumps'' in Italian.

Gnocchi are small dumplings made with with potatoes and flour. Cooked potatoes are mashed and combined with flour to create a dough that's then formed into small pieces for boiling. When they are cooked, they transform into light, fluffy pillows.

Ingredients: Potato puree 70% (water, dehydrated potato flake),  potatoes, emulsifiers. diglycerides of fatty acids, natural favourings, soft wheat flour, potato starch, starch, rice flour, salt, spices, acidity regulator, lactic acid, preservative, potassium sorbate.
