While many people claim that only a pork sausage is a real sausage, these lamb and mint versions are packed full of meaty flavour. Using prime cuts of lamb there is just enough fat to keep the meat nice and juicy while the mint adds a flavour experience, unlike any other sausage. Versatile and tasty they are just as welcome on the breakfast plate as used for a hearty casserole, cooked up with vegetables and lamb gravy then served with buttery mash and steamed cabbage.
