• How will my Malpass Butchery meat box arrive?

  At Malpass Butchery we strongly believe it is important to contribute in helping and supporting our environment where we can. With this in mind, we have carefully taken our time to source an eco-friendly temperature-controlled packaging solution, ensuring most of the materials used are recyclable or biodegradable.Meat Box Packaging Our box liners are filled with 100% biodegradable sheep’s wool, a natural insulator that is far more effective at keeping produce at the correct temperature. The insulation in our liners and pouches is 100% biodegradable and 100% compostable. These liners are inserted into our range of cardboard boxes, your products are then carefully packed with our ice cooling solution and wood wool infill, ensuring that your unopened parcel is kept fresh and safely chilled at the correct temperature for over 24 hours.

• What days do you deliver?

  Order by the end of the day Monday to receive your order on Thursday. Order by the end of the day Tuesday to receive your order on Friday. Order by the end of the day Wednesday to receive your order on Tuesday. Order by the end of the day Thursday to receive your order on Tuesday. Order by the end of the day Friday to receive your order on Wednesday. Order by the end of the day Saturday to receive your order on Wednesday. Order by the end of the day Sunday to receive your order on Wednesday.

• How do I order?

  That's a great question. Add the meaty products you're after, with the right weight and quantity etc, to your cart. Once you're happy with you've got all your meaty products, select the checkout button. Enter your Customer Information (email, name, address) - we recommend you create an account if you haven't already. It will make checkout a more streamlined experience next time. Choose Shipping Instructions, and select standard delivery (£7.99) or delivery is free on orders over £50. Continue onto the Payment Method where you can choose to pay with Debit Card, Credit Card, PayPal, Amazon Pay or Google Pay. Pay the total cost. Finally click 'Complete Order'. You have now made an order with Malpass Butchery. You will receive a Confirmation Email telling you your order has been placed and confirmed, along with the delivery date. This will be then followed up by an email with your tracking details once your order leaves our fridge.

• Where do I add my discount code?

  There's a box for this in your shopping cart. Either click on the cart or take a look at the summary on the right of the screen; you can add the code at any time after you've added your meats or qualifying item (but before you pay).
